We hosted a dinner for twelve in the barn kitchen and it felt completely effortless. The log burner, the space, the atmosphere — Noir House is genuinely unlike anywhere else we’ve stayed.
Perfect winter escape
Both log burners roaring, wine in hand, woodland walks before dinner. We genuinely didn’t want to leave. Noir House is stunning in winter.
Incredible for the whole family
Four generations, four bedrooms, everyone happy. The plunge pool was a huge hit even in October. The barn kitchen brought everyone together every evening.

Hastings Old Town is just a short drive away and absolutely worth exploring — brilliant restaurants, galleries and the beach. But honestly, Noir House itself is the destination.
